It is possible to have an easy fundrasier. Take the time to plan ahead and get organized before you start raising funds. Here are some pre-planning steps to help your fundraiser go more smoothly:

-Review the successes and setbacks you have experienced with past fundraisers. Determine what should be done differently this time.

-Set a fundraising goal and a budget.

-Call our Fundraising Consultant to answer any questions you may have and to receive a fundraising kit in the mail.

-Meet with your committee to discuss the fundraising kit and plan your fundrasier.

-Once your committee decides what is needed, call our consultant to discuss delivery for brochures, order forms and delivery dates for candy.

-Gather your volunteers. Distribute tasks. Set deadlines.

-Prepare notices or flyers to insure your group has all the information they will need to make this fundraiser a huge success.
