Job Description:

Are you a reliable and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as an Order Fulfillment and Warehouse Associate. We are seeking a dedicated team member to help us meet our customers' needs by efficiently pulling, packing, and shipping their orders, while also assisting with various light warehouse tasks. This is a long-term position and require a person to learn over 100 different shipping items.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull products from inventory shelves based on customer orders.
• Carefully and securely pack orders to ensure products are protected during transit.
• Process shipping labels and prepare packages for timely dispatch.
• Utilize proper packing techniques to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
• Operate a floor pallet jack to move, stack, and organize boxes and pallets as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting periodic counts.
• Work with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Handle returned merchandise and manage stock rotation to ensure product freshness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and packing.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse team.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Forklift certification and experience operating a forklift is preferred. Not mandatory.
